Terms and Conditions: Win the Ultimate Wedding Entertainment Package Contest

By entering the "Win the Ultimate Wedding Entertainment Package" contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • Participants must be new customers of North Georgia Weddings and Events.

   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   • Contest is open to residents of the United States only.

   • Contest is not valid with any other offers or promotions.

2. Contest Entry:

   • Entries must be received by May 1, 2025.

   • Participants must fill out the entry form on our website, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and share our contest post with the hashtag #UltimateWeddingEntertainment.

   • Only one entry per person is allowed.

   • Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

3. Prizes:

   • Grand Prize:

     • 4 Hours of DJ Service for Your Reception

       • Includes professional DJ booth, audio equipment, and a DJ to provide music and entertainment.

       • The 4-hour DJ package is valid for one setup location. Additional rooms or locations will incur extra costs.

       • Includes a standard DJ setup with DJ booth, 2 professional speakers, 2 microphones, and basic dance floor lighting.

     • 1 Hour of Audio Service for Your Ceremony

       • Includes 2 microphones, 1 speaker, and a DJ to run the music and microphones.

       • Does not cover the rehearsal.

     • Microphones for Speeches

       • Provided for the duration of the reception for speeches and announcements.

     • Basic Dance Floor Lighting

       • Includes basic lighting setup for the dance floor area for the duration of the reception.

     • 4 Hour Digital Photo Booth Rental

       • Includes digital copies of all photos taken during the rental period.

       • Digital photo booth does not include props, a background, or an attendant. Guests receive photos via SMS delivery.

       • Can be upgraded to other photo booth options.

     • 12 Uplights

       • Includes rental of 12 lighting fixtures for indoor use only.

     • 2 Cold Sparklers for a Grand Exit

       • Includes 1 use up to 180 seconds in 1 location for 2 machines.

     • Travel included up to 200 miles from Commerce, Georgia. Additional travel costs will apply for distances over 200 miles.

   • 1st Runner-Up Prize:

     • $1,000 Gift Certificate for DJ Services

   • 2nd Runner-Up Prize:

     • $500 Gift Certificate for DJ Services

4. Prize Conditions:

   • All prizes must be used at the same place and time.

   • Prizes cannot be traded for cash or other services.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold.

   • Prizes are subject to availability on the winner's selected date.

   • Client is responsible for any venue fees or parking fees.

   • Any add-ons or extra time will incur additional costs.

   • The wedding must take place before December 31, 2026.

   • Gift certificates for the 1st and 2nd runner-up prizes must be used by December 31, 2026, and cannot be transferred.

5. Winner Selection and Announcement:

   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   • The winner will be announced on June 1, 2025, on our social media channels.

   • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, a new winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions:

   • By participating, participants agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

   • North Georgia Weddings and Events reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

   • North Georgia Weddings and Events is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent entry into the contest.

   • By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

   • Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless North Georgia Weddings and Events from any claims or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

   • Participants grant North Georgia Weddings and Events the right to use photos and videos from the event for advertising purposes.

   • Participants agree to provide North Georgia Weddings and Events with copies of all photos and videos from the event for marketing and contest announcement purposes.

   • North Georgia Weddings and Events reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   • North Georgia Weddings and Events will not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or the use of any prize.

   • North Georgia Weddings and Events is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors in the administration of the contest.
